Hola Amigos:
Some pictures for your eyes. La Laja is a small town of Las Tablas ( Provincia de Panamá ), about 300 people. This town ( as other in the interior of Panamá ) preserve an old style of living and even today, some people build his houses with mud and cook with charcoal.
The family of my wife is from La Laja, and we have an a house in this town for vacation and relax. If you come to Panamá, I can guaranty a couple of days in this town.
Is about 300 kms. from Panamá or 4.5 hours in a good car. No hot water in the shower!
